  • Experience: 12+ years in engineering and operations of network technologies.

  • Education: BS in Computer Science, Distributed Systems, or Electrical Engineering.

  • Certifications: Professional or expert-level industry certifications (e.g., JNCIP/JNCIE, CCNP/CCIE, PCNSA/PCNSE, ACE).

  • Security Infrastructure Hands-on experience with:

    • 802.1X, NAC, cryptography, IPSEC

    • Deep-inspection firewalls, intrusion/threat protection platforms

    • AAA, RADIUS, DNS, NTP, monitoring, and logging tools

  • Networking Protocols & Technologies Strong knowledge of:

    • MPLS, IS-IS, BGP, OSPF, Segment Routing, RSVP-TE, LDP, VPLS, MPLS L3VPNs, EVPNs, VXLAN, IPv6, and emerging technologies

  • Vendor Solutions Experience with:

    • Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto platforms

  • Wireless Networking Skilled in designing and operating complex wireless environments.

  • Automation & DevOps Tools Proficient with:

    • GitLab, Visual Studio Code, Markdown, Terraform, Ansible, and Python scripting

  • Cloud & Virtualization Experience with:

    • Public and Private Cloud design/implementation

    • Cloud networking infrastructure (IP fabrics, VXLAN, SDN, NFV, OpenFlow, API-driven systems)

    • Virtualized network environments (overlays)

  • SIEM & Monitoring Tools Effective use for incident monitoring and response.

  • DDI Management Experience with Infoblox DDI solutions.

  • Linux Systems Support and management experience.

  • Storage & I/O Familiar with:

    • Networked storage (SMB/CIFS, NFS, GPFS, object stores)

    • High-performance I/O technologies (Fiber Channel, Infiniband)
