Contract description
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the enterprise-wide strategy for Test Data Management across multiple platforms, including mainframe and cloud environments
- Design the TDM reference architecture, ensuring effective data provisioning, masking, and subsetting flows
- Ensure alignment with compliance, security, and data privacy requirements, particularly those set by Fidelity
- Provide technical oversight and support to engineering teams, facilitating best practices in data management
- Lead TDM projects and initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables effectively to meet organizational goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in data architecture, with a strong focus on Test Data Management
- Proficiency in Delphix TDM tool, including configuration and management of Delphix environments
- Strong understanding of mainframe DB2 databases and experience with cloud databases such as Snowflake and Azure SQL Database
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
