Description
We are looking for a Windows systems technician versed in desktop/printer/phone support as well as familiar with Active Directory for account creation and adjustments. Also, someone who is familiar with Windows 10, 11 imaging and deploying IT equipment.
Strong troubleshooting skills. Self-motivated.
We need someone with a strong background in Windows tech support (OS 1011), performing imaging and rollouts.
PBF has created their own image and the techs will be responsible for imaging, memory upgrading and asset tagging on over 450+ machines.
We need a tech that is able to be on time, have a great demeanor as well great customer service.
The client is is very customer focused and really needs people who are willing to work as a part of a team.
The imaging has been created but the team at PBF And will be working with our current technician on the rollout.
The candidate will be pushing the image out as well as working with off the shelf app, deploy to the boxes.

This person is interfacing with the end users - good personality and communication skills are an absolute must
Active Directory ; no group policy or permissions ; creating accounts, enabling disabling accounts, Exchange to create email accounts on Outlook
On prem with Azure and Exchange O365
Troubleshooting applications and ensuring software and equipment is supported appropriately
Ticketing system exp ; moving to FreshWorks from Footprints but neither exp necessarily needed, just familiarity with ticketing system

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
