Job Title: Mid Level Business Analyst/Product Owner
Duration: 12-18 months
Location: Kennesaw, GA or Jacksonville, FL
Required Pay Scale: $50-$55/hr W2
Job Summary:
The candidate would be responsible for creating, maintaining, and presenting Knowledge and Learning artifacts. Training and explaining best practices to teammates regarding using their technology products and self-service tools. Measuring the success and continuously driving improvements to our artifacts and processes to stay relevant and valuable. Prioritizing tasks in Jira and articulating this to both stakeholders and the team. In this role you will need to contribute to the vision and roadmap for knowledge and learning.

- 4+ years of experience with product management and/or marketing in the IT space
- Exp with Product Service evaluation with Business Case/ROI development
- Worked on enterprise or program level SDLC project, within a distributed global team
- 2+ years of JIRA Confluence
- Strong comm, can speak to both business and tech audiences.
- Creative, intellectually curious, fast learner with ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, and Windows 11.
- Editing and Proofreading skills
