Role: Equipment Coordinator:
Schedule: This position Onsite - 1st shift 7:30 am- 4:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Serves as an escalation point for chronic and ongoing digital issues.
- Partners with the digital team to research and identify root causes.
- Tracks and trends chronic and ongoing issues to highlight technological gaps aecting business continuity.
- Meets with digital on a regular cadence to discuss the status of raised issues and follows them to resolution.
- Solicits feedback from CSM as needed.
- Manages CE Equipment Inventory and Distribution
- Partners with CSM to create a holistic view of CE hardware distributed throughout the enterprise.
- Coordinates with Talent Acquisition and L&LD to ensure equipment is distributed to sites and remote new hires in me to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
- Monitors the CE Equipment Request site and processes the shipment of replacement equipment to remote new hires.
- Ensures sites have enough inventory to manage on site replacement.
- Monitors the termination report and coordinate with CE Supervisors to conrm the receipt of equipment from employees no longer with the company.
- Partners with HR as needed to escalate non-returned equipment issues.
- Ensuring physical inventory in the Camelback location is secure, orderly and up to date.
- Facilitates the transfer of equipment from Camelback to Union hills as needed to accommodate new hire equipment distribution and onsite swaps.
- Manages the timely and ecient removal of out-of-date equipment from the camelback site by leveraging establish e-waste protocols.
- Receives, processes, and stores equipment at the Camelback oce in an ecient and orderly manner.
- Facilitate the distribution, completion and recording of CE Equipment Responsibility forms for initial checkout and equipment swaps/returns.
- Projects, Recommends, and places orders for equipment in collaboration with CE Finance
- Coordinate with the CE Finance team to recommend and facilitate the order of new equipment as needed!
- Submits expense reports with comments to track expense history in a Timely manner.

- Physical Requirements:
- Regularly requires the employee to be able to repeatedly lift and move 50 pounds throughout the course of an 8-hour workday.
- Occasionally requires the employee to facilitate the transfer of equipment to and from Camelback & union hills.
