Job Title: Receptionist (Bilingual Spanish)
Location: Tewksbury, MA
Duration: 10-Month Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to support daily front-office operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, have prior administrative or receptionist experience, and be comfortable handling in-person and telephone interactions while maintaining accurate records and files.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and route incoming telephone calls; provide routine information

  • Maintain physical and electronic files using standard filing systems

  • Receive, open, date-stamp, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages

  • Prepare correspondence, forms, reports, and spreadsheets using MS Word and Excel

  • Scan and index documents into document management systems

  • Retrieve records and respond to information requests

  • Operate standard office equipment (copiers, printers, fax, postage machines, etc.)

  • Maintain daily activity logs and support workflow tracking

  • Assist with inventory management and office supply ordering

  • Support scheduling, coverage coordination, and general office communication

  • Work collaboratively within a team and perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ability to handle a high-volume, front-facing environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

  • Comfortable using computers for data entry and document preparation

Preferred / Additional Qualifications

  • Knowledge of general office procedures and record-keeping practices

  • Experience operating standard office machines and equipment

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Relevant education or vocational training may substitute for a portion of required experience, as applicable
