The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 5% performance bonus.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Applying combustion/ gas turbine fundamentals, Tools & Processes to the design & development of gas turbine combustion system with low emissions and wide operation window.
Demonstrate mindset of ownership and accountability to achieve goals
Perform pre and post combustion laboratory / engine test data analysis to find valuable insights which can be used to draw key conclusions. Suggest and execute ideas to improve the combustion system design.
Work effectively within cross-functional - Mechanical, CFD & Aero teams for project execution.
Take an active role in the continuous improvement of processes and data analysis techniques.
Effectively document and present results in formal and informal reviews
