Technical Program Manager - Only W2 - Local candidates only

Role Title: Program Manager – Cloud Platform Engineering (SRE Focus)
Location: San Jose, CA or Lehi, UT (Hybrid – 50% onsite per Adobe policy)
Experience Required: 5–8 years

Role Overview:

This is a Program Manager role with a strong focus on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) within a cloud platform engineering environment. The candidate will be engaged in launching new services or enhancing existing ones while collaborating with both technical teams and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive cross-team engagements across cloud platform operations.
• Lead discussions and alignments with technical leads and senior stakeholders.
• Provide program oversight for SRE initiatives, supporting both Waterfall and Agile/SRE models.
• Prepare and deliver project management reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Offer technical insight into cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) – hands-on experience not required but must be able to understand and discuss technical topics.
• Interface with global teams (US, Romania, India) including business and technology stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with infrastructure/SRE goals and service launch/maintenance priorities.
• Leverage tools like Jira and ServiceNow.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of cloud operations (private and public).
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting, attending 50% onsite as per Adobe policy.
• Experience with both technology and business project management.
• Hands-on experience with reporting, stakeholder management, and coordination.
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive program execution with distributed teams.
