Role Title: Program Manager – Cloud Platform Engineering (SRE Focus)
Location: San Jose, CA or Lehi, UT (Hybrid – 50% onsite per Adobe policy)
Experience Required: 5–8 years
Role Overview:
This is a Program Manager role with a strong focus on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) within a cloud platform engineering environment. The candidate will be engaged in launching new services or enhancing existing ones while collaborating with both technical teams and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive cross-team engagements across cloud platform operations.
- Lead discussions and alignments with technical leads and senior stakeholders.
- Provide program oversight for SRE initiatives, supporting both Waterfall and Agile/SRE models.
- Prepare and deliver project management reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Offer technical insight into cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) – hands-on experience not required but must be able to understand and discuss technical topics.
- Interface with global teams (US, Romania, India) including business and technology stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with infrastructure/SRE goals and service launch/maintenance priorities.
- Leverage tools like Jira and ServiceNow.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of cloud operations (private and public).
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setting, attending 50% onsite as per Adobe policy.
- Experience with both technology and business project management.
- Hands-on experience with reporting, stakeholder management, and coordination.
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive program execution with distributed teams.
