Job Details
Position: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Remote (PST working Hours)
Duration: 12+ Months
Primary Skills:
- We are seeking a skilled Salesforce System Administrator to manage, enhance, and optimize our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business processes and drive CRM adoption.
Salesforce Administration
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user account maintenance, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security.
- Perform configuration tasks such as creating objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, flows, validation rules, and process builders.
- Maintain data integrity and cleanliness through data imports, exports, data deduplication, and cleansing processes.
- Monitor system usage, performance, and security controls
Enhancements & Customization
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions.
- Implement automation using Flows, Approval Processes, Email Alerts, and other Salesforce tools.
- Support enhancements, releases, and new integrations with third-party applications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required.
- 3 7 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform functionality.
- Hands-on experience with Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Permission Sets.
- Proficiency with data tools such as Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and basic SOQL (preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (Mulesoft, APIs, third-party apps).
- Knowledge of CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud (nice to have).
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) preferred
