Description
Position's Contributions to Work Group:
- Expert in Project Management tools and processes utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Plan and lead program and project planning sessions
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Interpret & communicate Voice of the Customer (VOC), Voice of business (VOB), and Critical Customer requirements (CCR).
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage and communicate project issues, risk and overall status
- Ability to function independently in leading a large, diverse program or project planning sessions.
- Ability to adapt to diverse business climates.
- Should have strong project management skills, team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, strong analytical and organizational skills.
- 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible job-related experience project management experience is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
- Professional training in leading and facilitating meetings is highly desired.
Education/Experience Requirements: 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible job-related experience project management experience is required.
Technical Skills:
Proven ability to lead projects (IT specifically)

Effective work in a small team setting to execute, this is not just a planner role - must dig in

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
