Position: Technical Support Specialist

Qualifications:
- Electronics Engineering Technology diploma with 2+ years in installation and electro-mechanical technical support for security products.
- Excellent communication skills; knowledge of French or Spanish and CRM experience are assets.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks.
Overview:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist sales and customer service with product selection, order accuracy, and technical testing.
- Create training materials for product usage and troubleshooting and evaluate new products.
- Work flexible hours, including some evenings and Canadian holidays, to support U.S. customers.
