Description
We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager with expertise in creative and digital marketing project coordination to join our team in Altamonte Springs, Florida. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, playing a key role in aligning project goals with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans by gathering input from stakeholders and defining clear scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate the allocation of resources, including schedules, budgets, and assets, to ensure successful execution from project initiation to completion.
Maintain consistent communication with all team members, including marketing managers, designers, developers, and other specialists, to keep projects on track.
Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and potential challenges while proposing effective solutions to mitigate them.
Regularly update stakeholders on project status, timelines, and budget adherence to maintain transparency and accountability.
Escalate project conflicts or critical issues to management when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
Optimize resource usage to align with project priorities and organizational goals.
Provide training and support on project management tools and systems to enhance team efficiency.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement in processes and outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cross-functional project management, preferably in creative or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple digital projects simultaneously with a high level of organization.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Proficiency in using project management tools and software to streamline workflows.
Experience in developing and managing creative briefs for marketing initiatives.
Familiarity with process improvement techniques to enhance project outcomes.
