Job Details
Job Title: Technical Delivery Lead - Cloud Platform Support
Location: Irvine, CA (need local to CA)
Duration: Long Term
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Delivery Lead with a strong background in Agile delivery, cloud platform operations, and onshore/offshore team coordination. This role will ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs across onshore and offshore teams. You will oversee the operational support and maintenance of cloud platform services, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely resolution of incoming requests. The ideal candidate has strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and hands-on experience in managing platform operations in a 24x7 global delivery model.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, and Jira, and understanding of AWS Services, Application Integration (APIs), and Messaging technologies.
- Strong experience in project management and understanding of the SDLC.
- Exceptional planning and coordination skills, with a track record of managing cross-team dependencies.
- Excellent negotiation and influence skills to support roadmap prioritization and decision-making.
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent, with proven Agile delivery experience is a plus.
- Effective communicator and facilitator, able to engage across technical and leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of cloud platform support services, ensuring alignment with strict SLAs and KPIs.
- Work closely with the client manager to provide performance updates and ensure continuous alignment with business needs.
- Track and assign incoming service tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution.
- Collaborate with the engineering team handling platform enhancements and feature development.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage Jira boards, and support release planning and execution.
- Identify and remove team impediments to maintain high delivery velocity.
- Provide regular reports and status updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure all operational documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are met.
