Preferred Education/Certifications:

Prior experience in warehousing, quality assurance, or similar roles is a plus.
Familiarity with logistics, returns processing, or inventory tracking is advantageous.
Computer Proficiency Comfort with data tracking, logs, and quality systems (e.g., CQMS).
Analytical Skills Ability to review shipments/returns and identify trends or issues.
Cross-Functional Communication Collaborate with operations, suppliers, and teams.
The Quality Assurance Analyst will collaborate with operations, transportation, and suppliers to resolve product returns related to quality issues. The role involves meticulous tracking, documentation, and communication to ensure the timely resolution of defects and returns.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage the return log file to track supplier returns.
Oversee the stock check file to monitor customer-requested stock verifications.
Process supplier returns efficiently and within deadlines.
Track and communicate pending return inventory value ($) to the team.
Manage the inspection flag system to identify defective inventory on the receiving dock.
Create MNCs (Material Non-Conformance Reports) in CQMS (Quality Management System).
Assist with other quality-related tasks as needed.
