Position Name : Sr OSP Engineer/Fiber Engineer

Location : Remote

Duration : 12+ Months with high possibility of extension.

• Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality standards.
• Guide the production team about the quality issues to enhance the quality of submittals.
• Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines.
• Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and design documents required to be submitted.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details are essential.
• Excellent communication skills are required to work with Clients, Contractors, and other engineers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have strong GIS experience.
• Must be able to read Plats, Construction drawing prints.
• Must have good understanding of Aerial Design fundamental. E.g. lashing/Anchor-DNG.
• Must have depth understanding of Buried/UG design fundamental, e.g., Bore, trench, pulling etc.
• Must possess strong administrative and technical skills, requiring a strong understanding of Fiber network design, and leadership skills.
• Responsible for working with customer to define project scope, customer requirements and deliverables. Mentor and continuously provide feedback to improve the engineer s skills for current & new project.
• Provide valuable inputs for business development during RFP process.
• Develop engineering processes and procedures to ensure proper engineering schema in achieved for program.
