CMDB Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled CMDB Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic solutioning and expertise in CMDB platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC, or others. This role requires a deep understanding of ITIL and the ability to design and integrate CMDB systems to support key IT processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic solutions to align with IT goals and objectives.
  • Provide CMDB platform expertise in ServiceNow, BMC, or other platforms.
  • Apply a strong understanding of ITIL principles to enhance operations.
  • Lead data modeling and design efforts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Architect integration solutions for seamless data flow between CMDB and other IT systems.
  • Define and establish governance practices for CMDB management.
  • Design CMDB integrations with other IT systems to support processes such as incident resolution, change management, and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in strategic solutioning in alignment with IT objectives.
  • Expertise in CMDB platforms like ServiceNow or BMC.
  • Strong grasp of ITIL frameworks.
  • Extensive experience in data modeling and design.
  • Experience in integration architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish governance practices for CMDB.
  • Experience in designing CMDB integrations to enhance IT processes and decision-making.

The base salary range for this position is $106,087 - $166,709 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
