Requirement/Must Have:
- University degree in Computing Science, IT, Engineering, MIS, or related discipline with 6+ years progressive related experience.
- 2-year diploma with 8+ years progressive related experience.
- 1-year certificate with 9+ years progressive related experience.
- 10+ years progressive related experience.
- 3+ years of experience developing on cloud platforms and utilizing cloud services.
- 5+ years of experience in technical architecture, environment setup, software development support, configuration, and database management.
- 5+ years of experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience across multiple architecture domains (business, application, technology, data/information, security, privacy).
- 5+ years of experience with process improvement, documentation, and requirement gathering.
- 3+ years of experience in triaging technical issues/problems and troubleshooting.
- 5+ years of experience drafting strategic business and technical documentation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 1+ years with M365 products and services in cloud or on-premises environments.
- 1+ years with Microsoft Power Platform in cloud or on-premises environments.
- 5+ years designing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications.
- 5+ years designing architecture for remote and/or field-based workers.
- 3+ years developing IT services (definitions, measurements, cost models, processes, implementation, and operational handover).
- 1+ years in IT infrastructure architecture (end-user devices, servers, networks, storage, applications, data).
- 3+ years designing and implementing complex IT solutions.
- 3+ years in IT service management, ITSM applications, or application development and maintenance.
- 3+ years supporting User Acceptance Testing in multi-stakeholder environments.
- 2+ years working within an agile development environment.
- 3+ years in IT/business analysis, problem-solving, planning, documentation, and communication.
- Define and promote enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and principles.
- Guide business and technology programs, project plans, business cases, and roadmaps.
- Support business activity monitoring, BI, and reporting.
- Link IT solutions to business strategies and goals.
- Support integration activities with other departments and external stakeholders.
- Define governance and organization structures to support transformations.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops and meetings.
