The Opportunity

As a Deals - Technology and Data Solutions Senior Associate, you will engage in data analysis and modeling to support decision-making and uncover valuable insights. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand and technical skills.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that leverages data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. You will work with a variety of data analysis tools and methodologies to transform raw data into actionable intelligence. Your ability to interpret data and anticipate client needs will be crucial in delivering impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

- Conducting complex data analysis to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making processes
- Designing and maintaining data models to organize and structure data efficiently
- Managing data pipelines to validate seamless data flow and quality across systems
- Preparing comprehensive reports to present data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Utilizing data visualization tools to create impactful visual representations of data

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Business Administration degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
