Description
TEKsystems is looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Performance Analytics consultant for a project focused on Human Resource (HR) case reporting and dashboard development. You'll help our team build HR dashboards (agent, leader, and executive views) to measure SLA adherence, case volume, resolution times, and quality metrics. This is a recent implementation, so we need someone who can start fast, build, and train users.
Build and configure ServiceNow Performance Analytics indicators, breakdowns, scorecards, and dashboards for 7 HR/People Ops teams plus C-suite view.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for case reporting and dashboard needs in ServiceNow.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Equity, and People Ops leaders to translate needs into dashboards.
Design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow HR case reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionable insight.
Create and configure interactive dashboards that visually summarize key Human Resource metrics (e.g., case volume, resolution times, case types, SLA adherence).
Ensure alignment of reports and dashboards with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for HR case data visualization within ServiceNow.
Troubleshoot reporting issues, validate data integrity, and implement process improvements as needed.
Document methodologies, workflows, and dashboard/report configurations for knowledge transfer.
Train HR team members on new or updated dashboards and reports, as required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications
3+ years ServiceNow Performance Analytics experience (HRSD or HR Case module preferred).
Demonstrated ability to build, customize, and optimize reports and dashboards within ServiceNow.
Strong track record building dashboards and scorecards for HR or People Ops.
Familiarity with HR case management processes, data, and analytics.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Able to explain PA vs Reports to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight timelines.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $130.00/hr.
