Solutions Architect

We are looking for a passionate Solutions Architect in our Product Management Office. The Engineering Team engages with customers and works across products to drive growth and optimize value. As a Solutions Architect, you'll collaborate with product development, across operational roles, and organizational leadership to refine customer experience, drive product and reliability improvements, and accelerate time to value based on customer feedback, experience, and investigatory/dev work.

Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent related experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in cloud computing, including architecture design, solution engineering, and consulting roles.
• Proficiency with modern programming languages like Python, Ruby, Go, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with cloud migration strategies, including hosting, platforming, and refactoring legacy systems.
• Expertise in DevOps Methodologies, CI/CD Pipelines, Observability, and automation tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Advanced knowledge of Cloud Native design patterns: networking protocols, serverless architecture, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and microservices.
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Experience working with global teams ensuring customer success
• Experience in advocating for customers and their needs while aligning organizational goals
• Experience with influencing cloud architecture strategies and customer organizations

Experience with balancing customer requirements with organizational resource constraints.
