Helpdesk analyst Excellent verbal and written skills for helpdesk voice and non voice interactions Excellent empathetic and efficient customer service skills over voice and non voice lines supporting incoming call and chats for registration/logon, navigation questions, and technical issues on Client websites and Mobile APPs incident reporting and tracking Proficient with web browser and mobile devices Ability to troubleshoot cache/cookies related issues and understanding of private/incognito window Proficient with MS Office Suite

Skill 1 8+ Yrs of Exp Helpdesk Analyst
Skill 2 6 Yrs of Exp Voice and non voice communication,Customer Service
Skill 3 6 Yrs of Exp Level 1 technical skills working with browsers ( Cache, cookies), mobile apps, etc
Skill 4 6 Yrs of Exp - incoming call and chats for registration/logon, navigation questions, and technical issues
