Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (IC) Consultant
Location: Hanover, MD
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (IC) Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM/Financials with a deep focus on Incentive Compensation, commission structures, and end-to-end compensation lifecycle management.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate compensation requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion IC solutions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (IC) modules
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to sales compensation plans, commissions, bonuses, and incentives
- Design and configure compensation plans, crediting rules, formulas, rate tables, and payment rules
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation for IC-related data
- Integrate Oracle Fusion IC with upstream/downstream systems (CRM, ERP, Payroll, HCM)
- Perform unit testing, system testing, UAT support, and production deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve IC calculation, reporting, and configuration issues
- Create functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user guides
- Support ongoing enhancements and production support activities
- Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and leadership in a hybrid work environment
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (IC)
- Solid understanding of sales compensation processes, commission models, and incentive structures
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and/or HCM integrations
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion implementations or upgrades
- Strong functional analysis, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion certifications (IC, HCM, or Financials)
- Experience working in hybrid or onsite client environments
- Exposure to reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, or Oracle Analytics
- Experience in industries such as Sales, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Financial Services
Work Model
- Hybrid role must be able to work onsite in Hanover, MD (2 3 days per week)
