Required Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Minimum 15+ years of data analytics experience in core development using Python and database technologies.
Strong hands-on Python coding skills with experience in Big Data environments, intellectual curiosity to stay abreast of technological and data analytics.
Strong knowledge of PySpark, SQL/PLSQL, and Kafka.
Proven track record of building and deploying data analytics solutions in production environments.
Proficient in proactive risk mitigation, managing project pipeline to ensure prioritization and required resourcing mix.
At least 8 years of people management experience.
Consistently sets high performance standards with the right mentorship & coaching interventions for the team.
Ownership & accountability of career progression, performance management, IDP, and conflict management. Retain talent, manage attrition, and career mobility.
Successful candidate will have demonstrable analytics problem-solving skills and have the ability to deliver projects in a challenging environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Communicates seamlessly across team members / stakeholders / cross-functional teams.
Strong capability to influence business outcomes / decisions in collaboration with AIM leadership & business stakeholders.
Demonstrate thought leadership in partner meetings while leading from the front to drive innovative solutions with excellent stakeholder management.
