W2 Contract

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle CPQ Consultant to lead design, development, and deployment of CPQ solutions. The candidate should possess deep expertise in CPQ configuration, workflows, and complex pricing models to support the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process.

Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle CPQ solution design and implementation across global projects
Build and configure Commerce flows, Document Designer, and Pricing Rules
Develop and optimize BML scripts, BMQL, constraints, and product models
Collaborate with Sales, ERP, and Integration teams for end-to-end Q2C enablement
Troubleshoot system issues and enhance performance and scalability
Provide leadership, best practice recommendations, and technical guidance

Required Skills:
15+ years of overall experience with minimum 8+ years in Oracle CPQ
Strong expertise in BML/BMQL, Configurable Products, Workflows, and UI/UX setups
Experience integrating CPQ with ERP, CRM (especially Oracle Sales Cloud), and Middleware
Strong knowledge of Q2C processes, approvals, and pricing models
Excellent analytical and communication skills
