Required Skills & Abilities:
Passion for fashion, trend forecasting and ability to identify new yet relevant fashion and lifestyle trends
Strong attention to details and ability to manage large scope of digital and physical color mediums
Good eye for color and design
Understanding of color theory and its application in fashion
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to excel in a fast-pace agile work environment
A proactive positive attitude and willingness to learn about the color process
Attention to details, agility, and ability to work with multitude of color mediums: color standards, samples, digital and fabric libraries etc

Role:
In this entry-level role, you will play a key part in supporting concept color team throughout full seasonal color and concept development, from trend research and storytelling idealization to hands-on color mood boards, color palettes etc. creation in physical and digital formats. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in fashion research or design. You'll gain valuable experience working alongside a creative team, helping to shape the color direction of our upcoming collections.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering research on current and future color trends in the intimates, fashion, and lifestyle markets.
Track seasonal color by reviewing trend forecasting reports, fashion shows, and competitor product offerings etc.
Assist in preparation of color mood / trend / runway and other reports in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Color matching to company color standards, ongoing management and organization of various color tools
Physical and digital palette creation in InDesign and Illustrator
Collaborate with the larger Concept Team to ensure research aligns with the broader brand initiatives.
