Job Summary

The Sr. Strategy Program Manager drives the execution of strategic initiatives and short-term projects that deliver profitable revenue growth and increase sales productivity. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional project teams to create and activate sales excellence programs that accelerate the performance of identified sales strategies and enable SHI's Global Sales Business Unit to realize its vision of being recognized as the industry gold standard by customers and partners.

This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop and manage strategic programs and short-term projects in alignment with Business Unit (BU) and company growth goals.
  • Set goals and create programs to achieve those goals through collaboration with key stakeholders including Sales Leadership, Marketing, Learning & Development, Partner Management, Sales Operations and other subject matter experts.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, motivating team members to meet deadlines including collateral & content production for client-facing and internal enablement activities.
  • Develop and execute project plans for all phases of project delivery with clear visibility of project progress, performance and risks.
  • Work with Sales Leadership to develop plans for adoption and execution of programs & campaigns that are developed for their respective markets and in alignment with the overall Global BU's key initiatives.
  • Evolve and drive various demand generation campaigns and sales excellence initiatives, proposing improvements to the business to increase effectiveness and sales productivity.
  • Support business activities such as the development of Account Plans, Business Plans and overall health of the business in Global sales.
  • Contribute to strategy development for acquisition of new buying customers, and expanding portfolio with existing clients.
  • Coordinate and track progress, evaluate overall program success and deliver regular program performance reviews to leadership.
  • Work with Sales Operations to identify required reports and dashboards to present the health of business and future trends.


Qualifications

  • 8+ years managing programs and/or projects.
  • Working knowledge of sales strategies, processes, and techniques.
  • Experience with/understanding of:
    • B2B technology solutions.
    • IT reseller channel.
    • Large, complex, customer organizations and key decision-making personnel
  • 5+ years sales, marketing or business development experience (preferred).

Additional Information

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $85,000 - $125,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
