Payroll & HR Specialist US & Canada Contract -8 months plus West Hartford, CT 06107 ( On-Site)
Seeking a detail-driven contractor to deliver seamless payroll and HR support across our US and Canadian teams. If you're a payroll pro who thrives in fast-paced environments and values precision, this role is for you. What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end payroll processing for US and Canada accurate, on-time, and compliant
- Liaise with third-party vendors and support global payroll expansion
- Maintain payroll systems with updates for hires, exits, and changes
- Respond to employee payroll and benefits queries with clarity and care
- Assist with audits, tax reconciliations, and annual filings (P60s, P11Ds, EYUs)
- Collaborate with our Benefits Manager on reimbursements, life events, and leave tracking
What You Bring
- Proven payroll experience with strong knowledge of tax and HR regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Must have ADP experience
