Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Product Owner
to lead the development and optimization of Salesforce solutions, with a focus
on Service Cloud and CPQ. The ideal candidate will act as the
bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring product
features align with business goals and deliver maximum value.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for Salesforce platforms.
Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, architects, business analysts, and QA.
Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product demos in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Service Cloud, with working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ being a strong plus.
Identify opportunities to improve processes through Salesforce functionality.
Monitor project progress and report on KPIs and milestones to leadership.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience working in a Salesforce Product Owner or Business Analyst role.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Familiarity or experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.
