ServiceNow Asset Management Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow Asset Management Analyst in Atlanta, GA.

Overview:
The ServiceNow Asset Management Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes within the ServiceNow platform. This includes hands-on administration and support of ServiceNow SAMPro (Software Asset Management Professional) and HAMPro (Hardware Asset Management Professional) modules. The Analyst ensures accurate asset lifecycle tracking, license compliance, data integrity, and alignment with ITIL and organizational standards. This position reports to the Senior IT Operational Services Manager.

Duties Include:
* Configure, maintain, and enhance ITAM, SAMPro, and HAMPro modules within ServiceNow
* Develop and maintain data models, discovery rules, workflows, and integrations related to asset data
* Manage hardware and software asset records throughout their lifecycle - from procurement through retirement
* Ensure data accuracy and completeness across CMDB and ITAM tables
* Support full asset lifecycle management including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal
* Synchronize asset data between ServiceNow and systems like ACC-V, SCCM, JAMF, Intune, or procurement tools
* Manage software license compliance, entitlement tracking, and reconciliation processes
* Monitor license positions and prepare audit-ready reports for key vendors and internal financial teams
* Maintain hardware asset inventory, lifecycle workflows, and maintenance schedules
* Define and automate asset disposal, reclamation, and refresh processes
* Develop dashboards and reports on asset health, compliance, and lifecycle KPIs
* Provide insights into cost optimization and risk mitigation
* Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and streamline ITAM workflows
* Support audit and compliance initiatives related to hardware and software assets

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience running reports for chargeback
* Experience with distribution of software licenses
* Experience with Agent client collector
* Heavier experience with HAMPro than SAMPro

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
