Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Product Manager for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA . This is a hybrid role, with 3 days onsite per week.
Product Manager on the Adobe.com Platform team, playing a pivotal role in shaping and scaling Adobe.com's sitewide capabilities. The person will drive key experiences and services that are foundational across the websites, including global navigation, web product integrations and other sitewide components and services.

Product Manager on the Adobe.com Platform team, playing a pivotal role in shaping and scaling Adobe.com's sitewide capabilities. The person will drive key experiences and services that are foundational across the websites, including global navigation, web product integrations and other sitewide components and services.
Responsibilities :
- Build business cases clearly stating the impact and value of proposed initiatives.
- Discover, validate, and document requirements.
- Work with Experience Designers on customer journeys, UX flows, and product.
- Transform requirements into feature specs / user stories including story acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
- Proactively manage cross-system dependencies in order to mitigate risk and ensure scale and reliability of the platform.
- Participate in planning and vision refinement sessions with business and engineering teams.
- Actively address ambiguity and change in the product backlog.
- Work closely with engineering teams through the release cycle, from initial rollout to subsequent improvements.
- Present convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customers.
- Stay on top of industry trends and provide recommendations on emerging technology trends that will further optimize user experience, improved data integrations, and operational efficiencies.
Required Skills :
- Proven experience in conceptualizing, defining, building, and releasing products within a web/mobile ecosystems, with a strong grasp of web technologies.
- Experience with front-end development (Javascript/HTML/CSS) and integrating 3rd-party vendor solutions in a highy trafficked website, and keen understanding of front-, back-end, and data integrations using APIs.
- Proficient in outlining product requirements, drafting functional specs, and creating user stories
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at collaboration, analysis, and presentation to influence stakeholders and partners
- Results oriented, with an attention to detail, and ability to work at all levels within the organization.
- Highly analytical, with a keen focus on utilizing data to steer decisions and achieve measurable outcomes for platform services
- Skilled at fostering positive relationships across various functions within a large organization
- Enthusiastic about acquiring new knowledge and staying abreast of industry and technology trends
- 5+ years of Web Product Management or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA (preferred)
