Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to enhance, optimize, and modernize our critical mainframe systems. You will collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions while driving automation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize COBOL, JCL, and CICS applications
• Design and manage DB2 databases and mainframe storage solutions
• Implement RACF and CBAC security protocols
• Support Mainframe as a Service (MaaS) initiatives
• Utilize CA Endevor, Rocket LCM for source code management
• Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks in z/OS environments
• Collaborate with DB2 and infrastructure teams on system integrations
• Participate in mainframe modernization and Generative AI automation projects
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Document technical specifications and system changes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on mainframe development experience
• Expert-level knowledge of:
• IBM z/OS
• Mainframe DB2 & Storage
• CICS
• Security (RACF, CBAC)
• Proficiency in:
• COBOL, JCL
• Mainframe utilities
• SCM tools (CA Endevor, Rocket LCM)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization
• Ability to collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to Generative AI for mainframe automation
• Knowledge of cloud integration patterns
• Experience with Agile methodologies
