Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years of IT experience, with 5-7 years in RPA (UiPath).
- Proven expertise in UiPath Orchestrator administration and infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Robots, AI Center, Document Understanding.
- Experience in SQL, APIs, Windows Server, IIS, and Active Directory.
- Understanding of security best practices, role-based access control, and audit trails.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer / Solution Architect / Infrastructure Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with cloud deployment (UiPath Automation Cloud, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and monitoring tools.
- Experience with AI/ML integration into RPA workflows.
