Job Title: SharePoint Systems Administrator
Location: Madison, WI (100% Remote within WI; occasional travel to Office 1 2 times per quarter)
Duration: 9 Months contract with possibility of extensions.
Job Overview
IRG Clients is seeking a skilled SharePoint Systems Administrator IV to support the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of applications and reports. This role will work closely with business partners to design solutions, configure systems, and enhance workflows using modern Microsoft and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct system analyses and configure third-party software/applications.
- Collect and analyze data, user, and business requirements to recommend effective solutions.
- Develop data models, design applications, and perform software testing.
- Administer SharePoint environments, including managing permissions, site creation, configuring list views, and implementing workflows.
- Collaborate with DOC business partners to develop applications and workflows.
- Support full project lifecycle using IS Systems Development Methodology.
Required Skills & Experience (4 6 years)
- Systems analysis and software/application configuration.
- Gathering requirements, analyzing data, and recommending solutions.
- Developing data models and conducting software testing.
- SharePoint administration (permissions, sites, list views, workflows).
Preferred Technologies
SharePoint Designer, MS Access, MS InfoPath, MS Power Apps, MS Power Automate.
Ivanti, TypeScript, .NET, SQL.
