Job Details

Location & Work Arrangement

  • City, State: Middletown, PA (Dauphin County)
  • Work Arrangement: Remote (Currently, but can change to Hybrid).
  • Contract: This is a Contract position.
  • Onsite/Residency Note: Only candidates located 1.5 hours or less from Middletown, PA will be considered. The resource must be available to report onsite (within 3 hours) for key project phases (Solution Confirmation, PI Cycles, SITs, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare) or in case of emergency.
  • Mode of Interview: Either In-person or Webcam.
  • Onboarding Requirement: Candidate must pick up equipment in-person at the Middletown, PA office.

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas

S/4HANA Migration and System Support

  • SME Role: Serve as the IT point of contact and SME for Finance, Treasury, and Banking systems, coordinating all related activities for the S/4HANA migration project.
  • System Partnership: Partner with the system integrator and internal teams to provide configuration, development, and testing support for Treasury and Banking components.
  • Process Mapping: Rapidly gain familiarity with current state end-to-end business processes to facilitate mapping to the To-Be S/4HANA processes.
  • Testing: Participate in the review and testing of activities in both the current ECC Environment and the future S/4HANA environment.
  • Hypercare: Assist in troubleshooting project-related issues and provide essential support during cutover and post-go-live hypercare phases.

Treasury and Banking Configuration Expertise

  • Treasury Configuration (5+ Yrs): Configure the treasury module for the purchase and sale of various types of bonds, money market sweeps, and derivatives, ensuring integration with Financial Accounting.
  • Cash Management (5+ Yrs): Experienced in processing lockbox files and electronic bank statements in SAP.
  • Financial Processes: Thorough understanding and experience with month-end and year-end financial processes related to banking and treasury in both SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA.
  • Implementation: Required experience in at least 2 implementation projects focused on SAP's Banking and Treasury components.

Documentation and Training

  • Design Documentation: Hands-on experience developing, reviewing, and editing design documents (functional design, technical design, testing) and training material (process documents, job aids) for Banking and Treasury processes.
  • Data Quality: Support data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, testing, and validations of finance master and transactional data.

Cash/Bank Processes

5+ Years (Required)

Processing lockbox files and electronic bank statements in SAP.

Implementations

2 Implementations (Required)

Implementation project experience with SAP Banking and Treasury components.

Reporting/Analytics

N/A (Required)

Extensive knowledge in designing and delivering reporting requirements. SAP Analytic Cloud is a strong plus.

Certifications

N/A (Highly Desired)

Certifications in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (SAP TRM).
