Job Description:
Join our team as a Business Development Manager, a pivotal role in spearheading revenue growth across the US by securing new customers. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you'll focus on selling a range of products including Pressure Vessels, Reactors, and more, crafted from materials like stainless steel and nickel alloys.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans and forecasts, ensuring proposals in Salesforce align with revenue targets.
Customer Relationship Development: Invest 75% of your time in cultivating new customer connections.
Strategic Planning: Align sales strategies with company objectives, concentrating on sectors such as heat exchangers and refinery expansions.
Maintaining Quality & Safety: Uphold the utmost standards of quality and safety across all operations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to troubleshoot issues and maintain transparent communication.
Expected travel: 30-40%
 
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in technical sales, with a preference for capital process equipment expertise.
Proven track record in developing sales plans to acquire new customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong consultative selling skills.
Previous experience in fabrication is advantageous.
