Service Now Administrator
Location: Malvern, PA 19355 | 4-days onsite in Malvern, PA
Interview Process: Video -Hire
- 5-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
- Experience managing CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Comfortable with scripting (JavaScript), system integrations, and API usage.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like M335, Teams, or Jira is a plus.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; ITSM/ITOM/ITAM certifications are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
