Job Description
As a Scrum Master Consultant in this contingent resource assignment, you will engage in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile frameworks. You will play a crucial role in large-scale planning and resolving Scrum Master challenges, contributing to the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a solid understanding of Scrum Master functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consultation and Participation: Engage in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile frameworks.
  • Planning and Execution: Contribute to large-scale planning efforts related to Scrum Master deliverables.
  • Problem Analysis and Resolution: Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with others to resolve moderately complex issues, ensuring adherence to Scrum Master deliverables.
  • Policy and Compliance: Leverage a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with client personnel to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Scrum or Agile, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to handle moderately complex challenges within the Scrum framework.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze variable factors.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and ability to adhere to policies and procedures.
