Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking a Manhattan WMS expert with a strong understanding of warehouse management systems. The candidate will provide L2 support by resolving incidents and service requests. This role requires excellent communication skills to interact with warehouse operators and stakeholders. The candidate should have solid technical experience in Manhattan WMS and SQL, be able to work independently, and handle onsite offshore coordination effectively.

Minimum Experience Required:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience

Certifications Needed:

  • None

  1. Act as a Manhattan WMS expert with strong warehouse management domain knowledge

  2. Provide L2 support by resolving incidents and service requests
