Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer with 15+ years of professional expertise, including a strong background in Salesforce platform customization, integration, and solution architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce applications while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Lead end-to-end development lifecycle including requirement gathering, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Flows.
• Create and manage complex Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and ETL platforms.
• Optimize and refactor existing Salesforce solutions for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Ensure best practices for coding, configuration, security, and data management.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends.
• Manage deployments using tools such as Copado, Gearset, or CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 10+ years in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows.
• Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, security model, role hierarchy, profiles, and sharing rules.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices and tools.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II or equivalent certifications required.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), CPQ, or Field Service Lightning.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System Architect or Technical Architect) preferred.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
