Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in hospitality, gaming, or luxury service industry.
- Knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems), POS systems, and hospitality analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
