Analyst User Admin

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst User Administration to support and maintain user access management across our enterprise ERP system. This role plays a vital part in ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient user provisioning and access controls that align with business and IT governance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user access processes, ERP security models, and internal control frameworks, with the ability to work effectively across functional and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end user lifecycle within the ERP system, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications.
  • Ensure appropriate role-based access control (RBAC) is applied consistently and in line with organizational policies.
  • Partner with IT, HR, and business stakeholders to facilitate accurate and timely user access aligned with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain documentation for access roles, processes, and procedures; ensure alignment with audit and compliance standards.
  • Monitor and review user access to ensure compliance with segregation of duties (SoD) and data protection policies.
  • Provide prompt support for access-related service requests, incidents, and escalations.
  • Participate in periodic access reviews and assist with audit inquiries, reporting, and remediation activities.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to access management processes, controls, and tools.
  • Maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity in user administration activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in user administration, access management, or security within an ERP environment (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles, RBAC, and SoD.
  • Familiarity with IT controls frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and access review tools is a plus.
