Role: Oracle FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) Consultant / Developer
Location: Remote
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Consultant with strong ERP background (preferably Oracle Fusion ERP) to design, develop, and support analytical and reporting solutions that transform business data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Fusion Data Intelligence, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Cloud ERP data models, coupled with a solid understanding of financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain FDI dashboards, data models, and reports to support Finance, Procurement, Projects, and Supply Chain business functions.
 - Integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP data into FDI and external data platforms for enterprise analytics.
 - Collaborate with business users to gather reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
 - Develop and optimize data pipelines, transformations, and visualizations within the FDI environment.
 - Work with data lake and data warehouse teams to align data architecture and ensure consistency across systems.
 - Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for FDI components.
 - Support implementation and rollout of FDI analytics solutions and ensure alignment with enterprise data governance standards.
 - Partner with cross-functional teams to enable self-service analytics and provide technical guidance on leveraging FDI capabilities.
 - Document technical design, configurations, and deployment procedures.
 
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain modules).
 - 2 4 years of hands-on experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) or Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).
 - Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and analytical/reporting frameworks.
 - Experience with Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, OAC, or other BI tools.
 - Proficiency in SQL, data integration (ODI, OIC, or similar), and performance optimization.
 - Solid understanding of Fusion ERP data structures and business processes.
 - Ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
 - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
