As an Automation Lead, you will work closely with the customer to understand test automation requirements, strategize automation initiatives, and coordinate with the offshore team to ensure successful test automation delivery. In addition to automation execution, the lead will oversee all automation-related responsibilities, ensuring quality and efficiency in testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• 12+ years of experience in software test automation, with at least 3 years in an automation lead role.
• Strong expertise in healthcare domain testing.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
• Experience working with API testing and automation using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Karate.
• Strong knowledge of test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, etc.).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and version control tools (Git).
• Ability to work independently onsite while effectively coordinating with offshore teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with performance testing and security testing is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and healthcare application hosting.
• Understanding of HL7, FHIR standards, and HIPAA compliance.
• Familiarity with 340B pharmacy operations, third-party administrators (TPAs), and drug inventory tracking.
