This is a HYBRID role and will require working onsite in offices located in Columbus, Ohio.
As a Lead Power Platform Engineer, you'll be joining our team of talented experts. The right candidate will possess the following experience:
- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom business applications using Microsoft PowerApps.
- Collaborated with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly, functional applications within the Power Platform
- Included features like canvas and model-driven apps, data integration, and workflow automation, while ensuring security and performance optimization across the application lifecycle
- Create, Deliver and Manage CRM Applications
- Create web portals for enterprise MS Dynamics 365 CRM applications
- Create and manage Dynamics 365 CRM online solutions
- Create solution components; create managed and unmanaged solutions; configure publishers and versions; work with multiple solutions; import and export solutions
- Customize Dynamics 365 CRM forms
- Design the form structure; build a form; use specialized form components; use access teams and sub-grids; work with navigation; understand form types; use multiple forms; implement form customizations and mobile clients
- Implement Dynamics CRM views and visualizations
- Create view types; manage system, public, and personal views; create, modify, and delete views; customize views; customize charts; customize dashboards; use themes
Required & Desired Skills/Experience:
- Deep understanding of PowerApps features, including canvas and model-driven apps, formulas, connectors, and data integration
- Familiarity with other Power Platform components like Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
- Basic understanding of database concepts and ability to design data models within PowerApps
- Knowledge/Experience with .NET and Microsoft back end technologies like Fabric, Dataverse, etc.
- Knowledge of user interface design best practices to create user-friendly applications
- Understanding of Azure services for potential integration with PowerApps
- Experience with .NET Technologies (C#, .NET Framework 3.5 and followed, WCF, MSMQ, Windows Services)
- Previous experience Project Managing a MS Dynamics CRM implementation
- Subject Matter Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other related Microsoft Technologies and leading complex scoping efforts
- Deep background with installation, setup, configuration, implementation, integration and testing of CRM solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft SureStep methodology
