Job Title: Lead Technical Program Manager - Financial Data Engineering
Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organizational boundaries and drive the strategy and execution of broad, horizontal platform initiatives and communicate with senior executives and other stakeholders.
- Own the planning, execution and communication of data engineering initiatives end-to-end with the highest levels of leadership in the company.
- Assist in audits (internal and external); support the identification, inventorying, and remediation of findings and issues.
- Establish and implement processes and mechanisms for large organizations to operate smoothly and with strong execution rigor.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with an engineering and technical discipline.
- 11-15 years of experience in technical (software, data, engineering) program management
- Ability to deliver large scale, enterprise-level, cross-cutting programs.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and executive leadership through strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and bias for action.
- Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams
- Has data experience - ideally a previous data engineer
