The Conversion Analyst is an active participant in a high-profile position that supports Portico credit union clients transitioning from one core software to Portico. This position will have a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the course of the credit union s conversion, making a willingness to do whatever it takes a must. The ideal candidate has a strong customer service background, excellent verbal and written communication skills, desire and capability to troubleshoot issues, and is extremely well organized. Knowledge of the credit union or banking industry is a plus.
In this role, you can look forward to:
Provide consultation to the client before, during and after conversion, including the correct use of system.
Support the client during Portico Go-Live by supporting teller and lending services during live week.
Managing outstanding issues for a credit union while they transition from the Delivery teams to Client Services
Communicate progress and any potential problems to management for awareness and/or resolution.
Maintain the tools used to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of conversion process
Support standard project management principles by managing project due dates efficiently as they apply to each implementation.
Ability to support concurrent projects.
Support Bank s mission by providing outstanding service, support, and implementation of Bank integrated technology and service solutions to our internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:
High School Diploma required.
5 years work experience required. Financial industry experience a plus.
Experience and interaction with clients are required.
Flexibility to work after hours/on-call/weekends go live as needed
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Experience with Credit Union products and services highly preferred.
Project Management capabilities
Excel or Access experience a plus.
