Training: Mon-Fri 8-4:30 PM ET
After Training: Tues- Sat: 8-4:30 PM EST (Sometimes may have to work till the job is done latest of 6)

Pay Rate: Based on Expereince
- 1st month of training: First week is online then after the modules are done, they will go on site to complete on-site training.
- After 1st month: This is when they will start going out on their own servicing alarms.
Location: Columbia, MD

Job Description
The Service Tech will be using their own vehicle to drive to different residential homes around Columbia Maryland to service the alarms of existing customers
Job Responsibilties
- Installs, dismantles, and reconstructs low voltage electrical equipment required by customer or company order.
- Makes connections and required adjustments as directed; test operation of all components of each system to the signal-receiving center to properly establish service.
- Troubleshooting, configuring, reconstructing and programming existing security and site automation solutions
- Promptly reports defective material or equipment, inaccuracies or omissions in job information that may result in inadequate protection for customer use.
- Cleans up debris from installation, patches drill holes, and returns unused materials.
Vehicle
- Have to drive your vehicle for the 6 month contract period
- Will need to be able to hold a 6 foot ladder, can have a "little giant" which can fold up.
- Need to have insurance on vehicle
- Will be traveling no more than 30-40 minutes away from site. Will always stay in Maryland and around Baltimore
Requirements
- 1+ years as a residential technician - either pulling wires, servicing equipment, working with alarm systems, AT&T, Verizon.
- Customer service experience
- Willingness to learn
- Good personality
