SAP OTC Analyst

Role Overview:

• The SAP OTC Analyst will be the primary functional expert for client s SAP Order-to-Cash processes, focusing on how returns (RMA) are handled in the SAP system and how to integrate these with EDI.
• This is a senior SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) analyst role with deep specialization in EDI integrations across Sales Order, Shipping, and Billing processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Work with business stakeholders (and the SFDC BSA)to understand RMA processes and define how they should be executed in SAP. This includes mapping out the lifecycle of a customer return: from RMA request, authorization, to product return and refund or replacement.
• The BA will design SAP SD configurations (document types, item categories, copy control, etc.) to support these processes and integrate with Salesforce and external partners .
• EDI Integration in SAP SD: Configure and oversee SAP EDI interfaces for Order-to-Cash.
• Reverse Logistics & Returns Expertise: Since this project centers on returns, the SAP BSA must be well-versed in return orders and reverse logistics in SAP. They will configure return order types, movement types for receiving returned goods, and ensure financial credit processes are in place.
• Testing and Deployment: Develop functional specifications for any custom development (to be built by the SAP ABAP Developer) such as custom IDoc enhancements or user exits. They will also create test cases for end-to-end RMA scenarios (including EDI message flows), perform configuration/unit testing, and coordinate UAT with business users.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the SAP ABAP Developer and Integration Analyst.

Requirements:

• 10+ Years of experience with SAP SD, OTC
• The BSA should have solid experience with SAP SD output management and IDoc processing for EDI
