Contract Coordinator I

Hybrid Role -- 4 days onsite to start Monday - Thursday. Friday may work from home

Job Description:

Purpose:

• Manage, review, negotiate, and execute a variety of company agreements, ensuring smooth processes for internal and external partners. Support team goals in a fast-paced, complex environment with sound ethical judgment and strong collaboration.

Employment:

• Temporary role (~3 months), offering experience in contract management and procurement within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle in a contract management system.
• Independently review, draft, and approve contracts, coordinating with business and legal teams as needed.
• Ensure due diligence and compliance with policies/regulations.
• Seek process efficiencies and workflow optimization.

Qualifications:

• BA or two years of undergraduate education preferred.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in business-related functions (e.g., purchasing, procurement, contracting, finance).
• Experience with contract management/vender management programs required; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
