Title- System Engineer - Android
Location- Palo Alto, CA & Bothell, WA - 3 Days Onsite/week
Type- Contract - C2C Works
Duration- 12+ Months

Job Description-

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical liaison between our organization and third-party developers, OEMs, and technology partners to facilitate seamless integration and deployment of Android-based solutions.
Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure successful end-to-end solution delivery.
Guide external partners through technical requirements, SDK/app integration, and best practices for Android system development.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues encountered by partners, providing effective solutions and technical guidance.
Utilize Qualcomm debugging tools (such as QXDM) to analyze, debug, and optimize solutions at the device and system level.
Design and deliver technical documentation to demonstrate integration approaches and accelerate partner onboarding.
Analyze partner feedback and technical challenges to influence internal product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
Represent the company in technical discussions, and integration planning sessions with external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or a similar technical role, with a strong focus on the Android platform.
Proficient in Android development (Java/Kotlin), with hands-on experience in debugging, performance optimization, and deployment.
Demonstrated ability to manage technical relationships and drive collaborative projects with external technical teams.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
Experience with Qualcomm debugging tools, such as QXDM, for device-level troubleshooting and analysis.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and adapting to evolving requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Android system-level development, including AOSP, custom ROMs, or device firmware.
Familiarity with mobile network protocols (e.g., LTE, 5G NR, IMS, VoLTE, etc.).
Prior experience in roles involving customer-facing technical support or solution engineering.
